- To discipline my mind, body and spirit through prayerful thoughts and actions.
- To honor my limitations and weaknesses as the foundation of my strength.

- To laugh when I fall.
- To be faithful in spite of fatigue, stress, or despair.
- To remember that flexibility comes, not from pushing through pain or tension, but learning to release it.
